Shipping policy

After you complete your order on our website, we may call you or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order. Please note if we are unable to reach you via the provided phone number, your order will not be dispatched.

After your order confirmation, your order is usually dispatched within 24-48 hours (Sunday and public holidays are off) and delivered within 3-5 working days after dispatch. It may take longer to deliver in remote areas.

If any item in your order is out of stock or not fit for sale due to a quality issue, we will remove it from your order and dispatch the rest of the items.

A courier delivery rider may call you; therefore, please keep your phone switched on and answer calls from unidentified numbers.

For cash on delivery payments, please keep exact change ready, as sometimes the courier rider may not have change available with him.
