If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Cancellation Timeframe

If you are unsatisfied with the product, You can return the product within 1-7 days.
The following conditions will applied:

We take great care in packing and delivering your products fresh and safely. However, due to the nature of our goods (food items), we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Products Not Eligible for Return:

    • Items that are customized or personalized for you.

    • Items that expire quickly or are perishable (like nuts and snacks).

    • Items that are mixed with other food products and can’t be separated.

    • Products that are past their expiry date at the time of return.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send the Goods to our main office address. After the product is received, the refund processing time will be 4 business days.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of return delivery.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect goods are not acceptable.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

The customer should be responsible for returning shipping charges, and also 10% processing charges will be deducted from the total cost before the refund.

Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period

If the return period is exceeded then the customer can’t return the product.
